About the Company

AB Jonavos Grūdai has been operating since 1974. In 1995, it was reorganized into a special-purpose joint-stock company, and in 2003 re-registered as a joint-stock company under its current name.

The Company’s share capital exceeds € 5 million, with 70% state ownership and 30% held by private and legal entities.

The Company provides grain and rapeseed processing and storage services and engages in wholesale trading of grains and rapeseed. Its facilities are strategically located to efficiently serve producers across several districts of Lithuania.

Between 2010 and 2011, the Jonava elevator underwent a major modernization, including new intake facilities for rapeseed, automated cleaning and drying systems, transport conveyors, and loading lines, enabling simultaneous intake, storage, and dispatch of grain and rapeseed.

In recent years, AB Jonavos Grūdai has invested around €3 million to modernize its infrastructure and equipment.
