The activities of the Board and the election of its members are governed by the Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania, its implementing legislation, the Articles of Association of the public joint-stock company \u201cJonavos Gr\u016bdai\u201d, and the Board\u2019s Rules of Procedure.<\/p><p data-start=\"519\" data-end=\"725\">In accordance with the Company\u2019s Articles of Association, the Board consists of 6 (six) members. The Board elects its Chairperson from among its members.
